Anyone using hcg and pregnenelone together ?

Yes I use both. I inject 500 IU of HCG twice a week. And I take 10 mg of pregnenelone daily. It seem to be a pretty little dose, compared to other members.

I supplement with 25 mg of DHEA and 10 mg of pregnenelone. Haven't noticed any difference in how I feel.

Vince, Are you targeting the lab values? I did the same regimen and didn't notice much. Occasionally if I stopped the dhea for a week, I thought it helped with my libido. But it wasn't a significant effect.

I supplement with 25 mg of DHEA and 10 mg of pregnenelone, nightly. I've been doing that protocol for a few years.

Here's my last labs for a DHEA. DHEA-Sulfate 449.0 H ug/dL range 30.9-295.6 (age adjusted)
