The site is cryptic about what they are actually offering for TRT, but it appears to be Testosterone Undecanoate capsules. The brands available generally are Kyzatrex, Jatenzo, and Tlando. Not sure which product they actually supply. There is extensive information on this site, and elsewhere, regarding oral Testosterone Undecanoate.

It's possible they are offering a mega dose of oral TU in the 1-2 grams range. A couple points that give me pause, besides the insane numbers:
They claim DHT remains physiologic, which is laughable and impossible with a high dose of oral T. They also claim injections stop working after a couple months, as SHBG becomes elevated as "a defense mechanism" - also completely false nonsense. We know that if anything, injectable TRT will drive down SHBG.
I would be interested to see what kind of GI symptoms are associated with the dose of TU required to produce the levels depicted on their graph.
Yes, and at one point in the video I thought he said you simply spray it under your tongue in the morning only. Once a day in the early AM makes sense but the company is way too new for me to experiment with.

Hey guys! I’m actually on the stuff and found this post through a Google search, so I figured I’d share my experience.
I’ve been on TRT since November 2025. I wanted to try Nandrogen because I was already getting tired of injections after only about 5 months. (Yep, I’m a wuss ) My thinking was that I could always go back to injections if it didn’t work out.
Here’s some additional info that isn’t as easy to find on their website.
Nandrogen is basically a brand name for their oral TRT formulation. When you get it from their compounding pharmacy in Miami, Florida (Center City Pharmacy), the label says “Testosterone LLMD 15 mg/mL.” LLMD stands for Liposomal Lipid Matrix Delivery.
Originally, they tried using a spray bottle, but they had issues with pressurization and leaking during air shipment. Now each dose comes in individually measured plastic ampules that you twist open and place under your tongue.
The idea behind the lipid matrix / nano-liposomal delivery system is:
• The testosterone is wrapped in protective lipid “pockets” or bilayers
• Sublingual absorption allows it to pass through the oral mucosa directly into the bloodstream, which helps bypass most first-pass liver metabolism and improves bioavailability
• Any portion that gets swallowed is still somewhat protected from stomach acid and may absorb through intestinal/lymphatic pathways
Their chart online says they target levels roughly like this after your morning dose:
• 0h — 350 ng/dL
• 1h — 300 ng/dL
• 2h — 2300 ng/dL
• 4h — 1800 ng/dL
• 6h — 1500 ng/dL
• 8h — 1250 ng/dL
• 10h — 1100 ng/dL
• 12h — 950 ng/dL
• 14h — 850 ng/dL
• 16h — 750 ng/dL
• 18h — 650 ng/dL
• 20h — 600 ng/dL
• 22h — 550 ng/dL
• 24h — 500 ng/dL
I’ve been on it for about 6 weeks now. I started 10 days after my last 150 mg testosterone cypionate injection.
I’ve had labs done, and my testosterone came back at >1500 ng/dL about 2 hours and 20 minutes after taking my morning dose. I was aiming for the 2-hour peak draw but got delayed a little. So it’s definitely real testosterone.
Honestly, I feel pretty much the same as I did on injections — not better or worse. My gym performance has stayed about the same too, which is what I expected. TRT doses aren’t really going to produce dramatic performance changes anyway.
Overall, I’m happy with the product. They’re clearly a newer company and have had some growing pains, but from my experience it is a legitimate option. I hope they keep improving the delivery system and make it work long term.

Hey! I also found this thread via a Google search. I just started with these guys last month, and received my first batch of testosterone last week. Mine camp in the pump vials pictured in the ads, but it’s not a spray. It’s just a liquid that pumps out. Mine came from a different compound pharmacy than Day_Dreamer and is a 30 mg/mL concentration. Mine came from Premier Custom Pharmacy. I’m sure it’s whatever is closest to where you live.
Since I’ve only been on it for less than a week, I obviously can’t speak to any noticeable effects to body composition or strength, but I do feel my energy is better in the afternoons. I plan on getting my testosterone levels checked 2 hours after dosing in a week or two to see if this is legit. I’m sure it is. I can’t imagine they would be able to stay in business if they were not actually prescribing testosterone. I suppose most skepticism comes from the delivery method and claims they make.
I will say… the taste is not great. But you only have to leave it under your tongue for 90 seconds. They claim a 40-60% absorption rate this way. I tend to leave it a tad longer, then swish it around to get it on my gums and inside of my cheeks. Hoping to get a little more absorption that way. Not sure if that works or not, but I figure it wouldn’t hurt. Haha

Hey!
I have been on for almost two months. I can say that my energy has gone up, my recovery after exercise has improved, my strength has increased, and I’ve been losing some body fat. I just got labs on July 7, but still waiting on my results for total and free test and estradiol. But my CBC and CMP looked good. My LFTs were normal, FSH and LH normal, and Hct was normal. As soon as I get the rest of my results, I’ll update.
Sounds promising. What is the cost?

If you do month-to-month, it’s $189 per month. Which is a little pricey. If you pay for 6 months up front, it comes out to $159 per month. And 1 year comes out to $139 per month. That being said, I’ve looked at other oral options like Kyzatrex, and that is pricey, too. But I like the idea of this not needing any extra fatty meals to absorb, and the idea of following the natural rhythm of testosterone production, since it’s meant to reduce side effects. We will see what my results show, though. I got my blood drawn about 90 minutes after taking my TRT dose, which according to their graph, is about when I should be seeing peak levels. I’m hopeful.

Got my testosterone results back! Before starting on Nandrogen, my total test was 356 ng/dL and my free test was 5.89 ng/dL (58.9 pg/mL). On the Nandrogen, my total test is 1618 ng/dL and my free test is 39.64 ng/dL (396.4 pg/mL). So, we definitely know it’s not bunk!
We also definitely know you're getting paid by the company!

How your blood work any side or high blood cell counts or thick blood same as injection?

No! My hematocrit only went from 45.9 to 46.1. My AST, ALT, and Alk Phos all looked good. And I haven’t experienced any noticeable negative side effects.
