Anastrozole will reach a steady state in 10-12 days. When adjusting anastrozole dosage, how long does it take for estradiol to reach the new equilibrium?
Anastrozole? Or estradiol?Anastrozole will reach a steady state in 10-12 days.
Anyone know the science or rationale behind that? specifically for estradiol? I searched all over and couldn't find anything which is surprising. Even from docs I heard differing things but I got the impression they were all guessing.@madman always suggests waiting a minimum of six weeks (preferably eight) for any tweak to T dosage and frequency, as well as for the addition and subtraction of other compounds (eg. AI's), and any subsequent tweaks to said compounds.
