    I thought I'd give another update. I'm on my feet all day and put many miles on my legs. Plus I do work out almost daily. Still my Achilles tendon is healed.

    One of my buddies who's in his '60s had his testosterone check because he was tired. He's type 2 diabetic, on blood pressure meds and he's total T is just over a thousand. Not bad for an old man. He did not have his free T checked.

    If I remember right. Dhea increases testosterone in women and estrogen in men. In post menopause women, it also raises estrogen.

    I have zero issues with grapeseed oil. I do not believe it's the best though. I believe big pharma also uses a sesame seed oil which might be better.

    Personally, I don't believe he needs TRT. He does need to control his diet. If he could go on a low-carb diet it would definitely help his diabetes. It would be scary to have that high of a A1C.

    5 mg T cypionate per week, or 2.5 mg twice-weekly for more stable levels.

    I also switched to daily injections to lower my HCT. After 2 years of donating every 8 weeks my HCT completely stabilized and I no longer have to donate blood. Today is my 11 year anniversary of TRT and haven't donated for 9 years now.
