Perfect. I reconstituted my 1000mg vial with 10ml’s. So I’ve been injecting 0.5 ml to get 50mg. Will reconstitute with 5ml’s next time

So I think I noticed a slight boost the day after my first injection, as well as a slight benefit in the gym. My routines are usually very consistent, as far as weights and reps. But the day after my first injection I was able to keep the weight where it was during the last few sets, when almost always I have to lower the weight slightly for those last couple sets

Today I didn’t notice any improvements in mood, and I take the weekends off from the gym, so we’ll have to see Monday if I still notice any gym improvements. But I’m hoping as I continue to take the NAD+ and glutathione, I do notice a bit of a mood elevation. Obv it’s still very early

So far I’ve injected 200mg glutathione and 50mg NAD+ on Thursday, and did the same today (Saturday)

Where are u injecting the Nad+? I’ve just been injecting both the glutathione and NAD+ in my belly fat

Very positive results so far with the injections. I am injecting 50 mg EOD and can really feel an energy and mood elevation. I can say this is improving a lot of aspects to my overall life. I am a musician, and I have really been energized lately. My playing is better, and my voice has regained a lot of strength. I notice it in my interactions with people as well, just more positive mojo.

I started my wife on this protocol as well and she is also really responding to it.

Again... age may be a factor. I'm 68 and my wife is a hot young 53-year-old (I am truly blessed). At our age, we have already felt the decline in NAD+, so to regain it is a likely factor in why the results are what they are. Younger people may not notice the effects as much. But the reason a younger person may want to start and continue this is to avoid ever having a decline in the first place.

That’s great to hear man! Happy for u and ur wife that ur both benefiting from taking it. I think im feeling it to a degree as well. Not as profoundly as u are, from the sounds of it, but I’m noticing myself being in a lighter mood, wanting to be more playful with the kids, talking to people more/ being a little more social. I’ve also been doing 50mg EOD. Plan was to front load a bit, then drop down to like 50mg 3x/ week, but I kind of don’t want to stop doing the 50mg EOD lol

What’s ur plan, as far as dosing goes? U gonna lower ur dose a little soon, or just do the 50mg EOD indefinitely?

If I keep up this dosing schedule, I’m definitely gonna order from where u got urs. It will save me $70 per 1000mg vial, compared to going through defy to get them

I'm thinking the front-loading protocol works great and gives the precursor (NR) time to do its thing. I don't have a definite plan at this point but intend to continue EOD for the time being. It's not really that high of a dose, so I feel okay with this plan.

I think it will resolve itself as time goes by and I will make adjustments based on results.
