Can my Testosterone be too High?

This is not accurate. Total test should be 14-20 times higher then your estrogen.
The other gentleman mentioned the free testosterone to estrogen ratio mattered more than total as SHBG has a substantial effect on free values and buffers estrogen.

Do you know what that ratio is?

Not trying to nitpick, but everything is off by a decimal point. 32/1442 = .022 or 2.2%.
No, it is correct as I wrote it. You must calculate the ratio using the same units. If you don't then your answer is 10 times too big (1 ng/dL = 10 pg/mL).

Some guys do prefer to talk about the T/E2 ratio in mismatched U.S. units. Then you can invert the E2/T ratios I'm referring to and multiply by 10. So 0.3-0.6% becomes 17-33.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
