Could I get some advice/suggestions on my blood Test results?

I got the first test done in July 2019 through medichecks.com (UK) and a few repeat tests in Nov 2019 through my GP (GP said everything looks normal). These were done fasted at 9am

Symptoms
-Low/Loss of Libido
-ED (weaker erections, difficulty getting & maintaining erection, little-no morning erections (early morning or night erections are weak, brief, or do not exist at all 90% of the time), no spontaneous erections, decreased sensation/sensitivity, increase refractory period.
The Signs and symptoms on this link are similar to my symptoms although I’m not sure if I have this specifically Venous leak - Wikipedia
-mood swings & irritability
-general fatigue & low energy (even after 8-9 hrs of sleep)
-difficulty concentrating, thinking, brain fog
-difficulty building & maintaining muscle/strength (despite eating enough, training, recovering...)
-Scalp/hair loss (could just be androgenic alopecia or something else Telogen effluvium, thyroid issue, deficiency...)

Had these symptoms for over 3 years (24 now), but more specifically the loss of libido and erection issues being the most noticeable which started relatively suddenly (became more noticeable over the course of a few weeks, has been the same since). I didn’t have this issue before then at all.
The only lifestyle/changes I made just before I started getting this was that I stared working out/lifting weights 3-4 times per week, started eating healthier/tracking calories, stopped having gluten and dairy as they always caused stomach/digestive issues and started supplementing with creatine (3-5g per day). I also recently discovered my grandfather (82) has been on TRT (cream) for almost a year. (I’m not sure if these are related to anything though)

GP hasn’t said much, just said everything is normal. I’m not sure if I should go to an andrologist/urologist first to see if ED issues are vascular/blood flow related (https://www.doctify.co.uk/specialist/mr_amr_raheem) or a TRT doc, there don’t seem to be many in the UK though, the main one seems to be Dr Robert Stevens Dr Robert Stevens | TRT Doctor UK | The Men's Health Clinic
Thanks

Your elevated LH levels would be a possible indicator for primary hypogonadism, but that's normally seen with elevated FSH, which you definitely do NOT have. I honestly haven't seen such elevated LH with low FSH... but at 24, I would think your testosterone would be higher than what it is. I'm not sure what to tell you here... I'd look for additional opinions. This may be a case where one of the Clomid restarts or HCG monotherapy programs might be worth considering, especially at your age.

If rT3 is high it would deactivate a portion of fT3 and might help explain slightly elevated TSH. Your testosterone panel is bizarre, the very high LH and normal testosterone is just weird.

Thanks for reply. OK, I will try and get Thyroid panel tests again with rT3.

Do you mean The Mens Heath Clinic? I think Balance My Hormones is based in London.
