This program actually seems to work well and has a place for some. I started a similar program through Vytal Pharmacy. I got an email a while back saying that Sterling would assume my Rx moving forward.

I am an oddball in that Xyosted tends to be the only injectable testosterone that I can tolerate, but I also don’t tolerate too much at once. So, my provider and I decided to use an Rx to cover one 50 mg pen a week and this program to get a second pen per week. This allows me the flexibility of injecting twice a week.

It is a reasonable solution, and for anyone out there who is struggling with trying to figure out why they feel bad on injections, I would recommend considering this route.

HI all,
@Fortunate, been on Natesto for a year and 1/2. Recently, encountered supply problems. when on Natesto stared out at two doses then three doses a day at peak feeling good but after 3-4 hours the trough is difficult. TT < 385-485 with one TT @ 775 Now, no bad side effects I think my body has acclimated. Also tryed empower nasal when Natesto ran out but did not like. Seriously considering Xyosted at 50 MG starting dose can you please tell me the benefits and negatives? site pain overall feeling gym goals gains or recovery? blood markers? Anyone else using Xyosted?

All responses appreciated

Natesto 3 times daily (hard to always get accurate dose most likely using more gel or finding myself bumping (extra) between the 6-7 hour)
Low dose daily aspirin
Tadifil 2.5 mg daily (*might increase dose)
Generic viagra 100mg when needed (usually split) daily

Glad to hear it was working for you. In general, I thought it was a great mode of treatment because side effects were virtually nonexistent. But, I also found that it was hard to dose consistently, and it didn’t occur to me until I stopped using it, but I really did not like the stuffed up nose feeling.

I think Xyosted is worth considering for a few reasons. In concept, it is the same as any other injection. However, I like it because it has no preservatives. Therefore, there are less variables that may make me feel crappy after injecting. It tends to feel a lot “cleaner“ to me when I use it.

It is also incredibly, simple and pain-free. Those alone would not compel me to use it, but they are added bonuses.

If you have difficulty with any type of injectable testosterone, this may also pose difficulty. But, for me, it is the least offensive of all injectable forms of testosterone.

It can be expensive unless it is covered by insurance. If you can get it without much financial burden, I would definitely give it a try.

Greeting all,

@madman what's up? How ya doing? Happy 4th of July thanks for your post about Xyosted cash program my cost here now in USA is $200.00 per month you get 4 pins in the box.(they raised the price, 6 months ago, and now again I used to pay $180 so thanks for your post appreciate that info!

Started at 50mg to get my body acclimated Its been 2years at 50 mg's I know you reviewed my lab results some time ago and thought my numbers where subpar. My thinking is go slow and move up after confirming with my provider over here at Baylor we agreed to move up to 75mg. ^ I somehow got the nerve to push the dose up and inject that was in the middle part of May so about 7 pins after right out of the gate I felt great mood with great energy good erections good everything like this is lining up as the weeks go I am feeling more energized the only downside is I am getting bad bruising. I saw my provider today man, :oops:guess who was in the clinic talking with my provider Dr. F***king Mohit Khera. I shook his hand actually hugged him he is a great person(he told me I was lean) rapping with him he said "we will take good care of you here" something like that he is very friendly to me he shook my hand and again after my visit. I am out of network with Baylor and I told my provider my provider (Basil Kaaki) got me a discount ;)on my visit with him. Anyone here in Houston should go to Baylor Collage Of Medicine.

I got my labs done today so I don't know what is actually up at the 75mg dose just yet. I will post them here also.

Do you bruise also? do you do subq-injection? What can I do so that this doesn't keep happening?

@madman,@Fortunate and all responses appreciated!

Have a great 4th of July, 2025
