Will preloaded syringes leak?

I'm going on a trip in a few weeks and would like to preload a few syringes. If I backfill them and lay them on their side, will any oil ooze out over time? Any issues with leakage? Thanks

It has never been a problem for me; how long are you going to be gone? Be sure you keep them away from excessive heat.

Would it be easier to just take the vial and syringes?
