How low have you gone with frequency of injection? How are your E2 levels on TRT versus off? Ever try an AI?

I done everything from daily, EOD, twice a week. I seem to be a low aromatizer and have high SHGB. Yes, I've tried AI and to be honest did not feel any difference.. Interesting enough never had any bloating, high blood pressure or increased heart rate even on 200mg of test with 1500 hcg.

Below was my last bloodwork on 120mg of Test c Pinned M,W,F. Would appreciate any advice.

Test - 1067
Test Free - 30
Test % - 2.81
E2 SENSTIVE - 29.2
prolactin - 10.2
SHBG - 51.4

You haven't tried once a week yet? That would be my next experiment. Increased frequency negatively impacts libido and sexual function in many guys when using longer esters.

I would try shorter esters. Try Prop would be my advice, especially if you're a low aromatizer and don't get E2 side effects even on higher dosages.

Every time I get on Prop my libido and erections go through the roof. I started again 4 days ago and already my libido is interfering with my work/life/relationship and erection quality is ridiculous.

Of course it's early but I've run Prop for months at a time before with no decrease in those benefits.

I've actually tried prop in an attempt to find a correct dosage. From 175mg a week to as low as 77mg per week. Pinned daily. I think I got increased libido but still suffered from weak erections even with Cialis / Viagra

Have you ever tried scrotal cream or a DHT analogue? More DHT might be helpful.

I have tried scrotal cream with no avail. Hesitant to try anavar or primo due to ideally from a health perspective.

You really have tried quite a bit. I still say try once a week. And in the meantime, look into Bi-mix or Tri-mix. Guaranteed erections with no side effects, far more effective than PDE5 inhibitors.

Yeah it's been a bit frustrating seeing everyones fantastic results on trt while I do everything right from a life style perspective and still have issues. Such is life. I will attempt another 2-4 months of experiments and if all else fails PCT off and see how I feel.
