White Menace Intro

Over the past year and 2 months i started to take training and nutrition seriously (mostly nutrition) and after my ininital noob gains i strted experimenting alot with workout routine (some were good, some were bad) and various tactics ive picked up for research

since then i have gone from 48kg (no abs) @ 5"10 to 96 kg (16-18%bf) @ 5'11
currently am now about 87kg and very close to abs.
