What's the u-shape for estrogen?

I know some members complain about my high testosterone levels. Maybe it's not my T levels that makes me feel so good, maybe it's my E2 levels. Is this true?

My Estradiol, Sensitive 26.7 pg/mL range 8.0-35.0, how much better could it be.

What's the u-shape for estrogen? After my research it generally considered to be around 20-30 pg/mL. That's my levels. I need higher T to get my E2 in the range.

If other can post studies on the u-shape for estrogen for men. I would appreciate it.

Not sure of any studies, but I feel like start to feel the effects of low e2 starting under 40pg and the lower I go the worse I feel. So far I think my optimal range is 40-70pg. But my high DHT levels could have something to do with it also....Im at 2-3x times the top of the range. I have come to find from reading many post on many forums is there is no ideal E2 range when it comes to TRT. Some do great 10-20, some are 20-40, and for some guys they need 70-100. Im really starting to wonder if some men have more receptors they need activated by e2 and some have less.

I wonder if we worry too much about our testosterone levels? Maybe it's the e2 levels we should be more concerned about. At least in my case it seems like it.

We get three hormones with TRT and strangely their ratios are not the same with topical, oral, injection and with different esters or IM, SC.

The only hormone given to patients is T and many also inject HCG. So I would say your statement is incorrect. Other hormones may follow but usually not injected or given.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
