What on earth is the actual normal range for Progesterone?

I did a blood test with Medichecks for Progesterone however their measurements and ranges are completely different to all other places, the other places all specify Mens ranges medichecks doesnt. Please can someone advise what is the range for normal levels, I'm freaking out that it's high but there's so much conflicting info. I'm on clomiphene 25mg twice a week. Please see the attachment so you get what I mean

Doesn't appear high: per Quest, their range is <1.4 ng/mL. Per Labcorp their range is <.5 ng/mL.

They use a finger-prick test, don't they?
