Guys, i would LOVE to hear your experience on this. I have CFS and destroyed adrenals, they are better now but i just came across this (DHEA/Prog). And alot of people seem to dose it pretty high, and then the ray peat forum guys who microdose it

I saw a post on a guy using 50mg dhea and got smaller balls = shut down, and it makes me pretty worried. I was thinking 50mg every other day due to half life, and 50mg preg with it. Even if 50mg is supressive, for those who get upregulated (like 2 posts here im thinking about) they were dosing 25mg per day, wich means they are up to 50mg in 2 days due to half life, or 40-45mg. yet got great results. so, 50mg every other day might be fine?

I might run it for a few weeks, or maby just a week n wait 4-5 days and see if the results are lasting = no supression but upregulation

What are your guys experience on this? for those who are off cycle. cause the key is to avoid supression and be upregulated when qutting.

Might do 25mg to be safe, of both, but would love to avoid splitting them.

Regards the unvaccinated freak
