At least you are testing your TT/FT using the most accurate assays.

I see you are using the one I prefer Labcorps TT (LC/MS-MS) and FT (Equilibrium Ultrafiltration).

Still hitting a high FT on dailies running a TT 1000 ng/dL and your SHBG is in the low 40s.

Everyone and their brother would have you believe that you need to be running an absurdly high TT 1500+ ng/dL to hit a healthy let alone high FT, especially in cases of highish/high SHBG.....LMFAO!

I'm feeling very good overall. For a while I was doing dailies at 20 mg of testosterone, but felt no better or no worse. So I decided to stay at 16 mg daily.

Yes I'm very fortunate that my HCT stabilized after 2 years of trt. It's been over 5 years since I've donated blood.

I have used transdermal pregnenolone in the past and it seemed to have a somewhat positive effect - 15mg applied to the abdominal area.

No, I've never had my level checked. I've always felt very good on TRT, sometimes I think the only thing I need to check is my HCT. If I go by feel, I'm always good.

So if you don’t mind me asking. What made you feel you needed it. Like you I run night T and freE t. Still don’t feel my best. It could be the sleep apnea( waiting for a machine.). I’m always looking for improvement

The only reason I added it to see what results I got. And then I just continue supplementing with both. TRT has been very beneficial for me. It took away all my brain fog and I believe that's why I'm still able to be a very productive employee. Even though I'm 67 now.

When I started supplementing with prengenoline, My DHEA levels did increase.

Your increase should be minimal.
