New labs 80mg T twice weekly, 150IU HCG daily, DHEA 25mg twice daily

Roadglide - I looked back through your previous posts for a Vitamin D level, but couldn't see one. Have you had that checked? Normal range = 30-100, but getting to 50+ (65-80 = optimal) can help the HDL cholesterol, and there is a definite link with auto-immune diseases, including diabetes, so it might help your 112 blood glucose too. Vitamin D is also required to absorb calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphate & zinc (which you mentioned supplementing above).

Yea I was taking 5000iu and D level was 32 so I upped it to 10000iu and will test again in a month. I kind of fell off my diet, but when I was on it my glucose level and A1C was really good. Definitely mid range.

Cool - I'm anxious to see where mine ends up since measured at 19 in February and prescribed 50K once per week. Will likely have it checked in May.
