To clarify, 54 is your cutoff for rapid resolution through phlebotomy, not what you’re ok living with with good BP?

Yes, I would get a therapeutic phlebotomy at a hematocrit of 54. I was trying to clarify that men with high blood pressure may be at higher risk than those with normal BP.
