Using 7-Keto Dhea

Does anyone use 7-keto dhea instead of DHEA? I’m not a huge fan of Dhea. If I could get the benefit of Dhea without impacting other hormones that would be ideal. Does anyone know what I’m missing out on if substitute 7-keto for DHEA?

I had been taking 25mg DHEA but never felt like it did anything even though my levels were very low. I just decided to try & Keto DHEA and see what it does. I am taking a larger dose of 100mg first thing. I did notice day one less of a afternoon crash but will report back in a month or so. Nelson I see you are taking 7 Keto 50mg. What can you add?

Hi. Would love to know what you have found after over a month now.
