Urinating problem

I see some urinating problem last weeks. I feel full bladder, but if I go urinate it takes few seconds than I finally start urinete and it starts with weak flow, in few seconds it is normal. (Like if somebody stands next to you and saying comon, and you just cant…)

In the morning I go urinate in 5-6am with same feeling plus I feel after urinate there is still something left in my bladder (some kind of pressure in my lower stíhačů) and I go in 1-2hrs again.

I am on trt 45mg E2D - very low SHBG guy, also have low libido, ED, mood, energy issue

PSA marker was ok 2weeks ago.

With your PSA ok, probably prostatitis. Most prostatitis is non bacterial and just goes away. My doc prescribed me Flomax as needed. Flomax and tadalafil are a great combo for EQ.

In what way do you find it beneficial for EQ, Wolverine? What are dosages you use?

Check out Gene's nitric oxide stack which has doxazosin as part of it. Flomax is an alpha blocker also but is more targeted for the urinary/genital track and in my experience is better than doxazosin (when combined with tadalafil) for better EQ. I'm not at home but I believe it is .4mg half hour after meal up to twice per day.

When my estrogen is high...ditto. With low shbg and your dose, you might want to take a hard look at your E, FT, low libido, moody, tired, etc...

That could be high e2.. I went from ED protocol to E2D, in ED my e2 was too low.. Now on E2D seems to be high, so I lower my dose and check my estrogen. If I think about it, problem got worse after I went on E2D. Thanks.

Nocalves, make an appointment with your doctor. That's the only way you're going to know for sure what's going on

Your next move will be FloMax LOL

I had the same problem years ago and assumed it was BPH. It wasn't. In fact, my prostate was smaller than that of men my age. Through ultrasound, I found out I had built up calcium deposit in my urethra. They were removed with the green laser procedure and I now pee like a 15 year old. Stop assuming and make an appointment with an urologist.

You may also have bladder inflammation. Try avoiding spicy food and caffeine to see how you feel. They can inflame your bladder.

Some men may also have pelvic floor disfunction. You may want to read here:

I'm 34 years old. I've had almost identical issues since starting TRT. When I come off of TRT the problems go away. I am a low SHBG guy as well and have dropped my TRT dose in hopes to fix the urinary issues. So far I am down to 56mg/week from 200mg/week and still no improvement in the symptoms. I know Cialis should fix it, that is my recommendation to you.
The problem is most likely due to your Free T being too high like mine. Even at 98mg/week I was way over the normal range.
