My blood work was moved up by a number of months as there were multiple, non-androgen tests I needed to conduct.
My protocol for the past twenty one months has consisted of 16mg of testosterone enanthate every morning, HCG, 250 twice weekly, and five milligrams of Cialis every evening. I do supplement, CoQ10, Vitamins B12, D, and C, and NAC, but discontinued citrulline and arginine at the first of the year.
Total Testosterone, 1011 ng/dl (348-1197)
Free Testosterone, 19.2 pg/ml (7.2-24.0)
Estradiol, Sensitive, 31.7 pg/ml (8.0-35.0)
SHBG, 22.1, nmol/l (19.3-76.4)
Hematocrit, 43.7 % (37.5-51.0)
Hemoglobin, 15.0, g/dl (12.6-17.7)
Mood, energy, concentration, libido, erectile function are excellent. In my case, daily injections have done exactly what I hoped they'd do: maintain steady-state levels and keep estradiol in check, it had risen to 55 on a twice weekly protocol, without turning to an AI. For me, it's worth the few minutes every morning it takes to inject.
