Tracking Blood Test History - Graphic Visualizations

Hi all...I have an Excel SpreadSheet that I use to track all my blood tests. I would like to create or use something a little more sophisticated so that I can look at any potential relationships between certain levels across a defined test(s). I hope that someone out there already has something that does this before I go nuts trying to make pivot tables and associated charts in Excel.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

This would be a very useful tool to track progress/maintenance over an extended period of time.
If any site could/would come up with something like that this would be the place!

I have been exploring several platforms to add to DiscountedLabs.com

This one did not get good reviews but sounded great: http://www.smrtx.com/

This one is pretty good and you don't have to be HIV+ to use it: https://secure.thebody.com/tracker/intro.html

Thanks a ton, Nelson...do you know if it lets you correlate selective sets of data? I am looking to select things like Total and Free T to look at correlations as my protocol gets dialed in, so over a set of about 5-6 lab draws (3-6 months between each draw).

Would also be nice to be able to annotate diet and workout notes so that given date ranges have measured data (lab results) and relative stressors and such.
