Total T high .... Free T low

I've had 6 labs this year and my free T has always been in 100-200 pg/ml range with total T ranging from approx. 400-800. I just had labwork last week with Labcorp (through Defy). TT 1312, Free T 42 pg/ml (???). I'm still waiting for E2 results. I'm thinking it's probably the culprit.
I've been pinning 100 ml T Cyp E3D with .3 mg Anastrazole 24 hrs. after shot.

Labs back. E2 is 7 ! No Adex for several weeks, then .25 mg day after inj. BTW Htc. is 38, probably due to recent blood donation.

Thanks guys. Just don't understand why all my other labs this year had free T over 25% of TT.

Previous this year:
Feb TT 797 FT 203
Apr TT 451 FT 118
June TT 707 FT 184
July TT 383 FT 101
Sept TT 705 FT 202

What's the reference range for the FT and is it in percent (it doesn't look like it to me)?

Labs measure differently and have different reference ranges as well.

I got these #s from the nurse over the phone each time after bloodwork. Not sure what their reference range is, but I wrote down 35-115 (may have pulled that off the net). FT #s are pg/ml, not %

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
