Too much B12?

an update on my H&H, after a month on non Methylated B-complex lower in B12, my HCT come down from 51.7 to 49.8, but my Hemoglobin went from 17.1 to 17.4. But most likely because I switched from SubQ to IM injections, so my FT raised a little.

So I don't think there was so much difference on lowering B12 intake, but maybe a month is not enough. Although I'm going back to use Methylated B-complex because I feel much better on them. Planning to get max 200mcg of Methylcobalamin, then I will test for b12/folate to make sure I don't get any excess

My HCT/Hemoglobin has varied much more than that just based on the day, how hydrated I am. I don't think you can ascribe the change to B12 levels... at least not without more data points.

yes what it counts is Hemoglobin, HCT is effected by hydration
