Here are my final labs before my phone consult with defy. After Friday, I'll be starting my 8th week on trt.

Igf-1 binding protein 13. Ref 5-34

T3,free 4.00 high. Ref 1.80-3.90

T4,free 1.06. Ref 0.55-1.60

Tsh. 1.211. Ref 0.270-4.200

Thyroglobulin ab. <1. Ref. 0-4

Thyroid peroxidase ab. 0.46 ref 0.00-9.00

Reverse T3. 22.2 ref. 9.0-27.0


.5ml x2 a week

are trying to start with Defy or you've been with Defy for 8 weeks already? Which Dr has you on 100mg (.5ml) twice a week? Assuming a 200mg/10mL vial.

How's your Estrogen?

Initial consult with Dr C, but has been corresponding A LOT with me since then via email (although we haven't actually had an appt follow-up yet).

Hfbjr- your lab ran the wrong test...should be IGF-1, not IGFBP-1...actually much different. We can discuss during consult.

OP, are you on thyroid meds (NDT, synthroid, cytomel, etc.)? Are you experiencing any "hyper" like issues? (sleep, anxiety, ...)

No thyroid meds, however I do have anxiety upon waking up, but not nearly as bad prior to trt.

Secondly, I'm always cold. Cold hands,feet.
