Labwork help - HCG Monotherapy?

Hey guys, I recently had some labwork done. 39 year old male, exercise daily, eat clean, plenty of sleep and hydration.
Here are the results (Labs taken at 8:45am, fasted)

TSH: 1.45 Ref: .40-4.5 mIU/mL
T4: 1.6 Ref: .7-1.8 ng/dL

*Note: all other labs were in good range, CBC, lipid profile, metabolic profile, etc..

My reason for going to the doctor was because I have very low energy, lack of motivation, negative thoughts, slight depression, brain fog, & feeling super blown out after workouts...The one thing I will say is that my libido seems to be fine, erections are solid.

I told my doc that I want to have kids in the near future so he suggested HCG Monotherapy (Clomid makes my eyes all jacked up). 500IU every day.

I trust this doctor but I really would like a second set of eyes on these labs/protocol. Never done HCG Monotherapy before. Having a normal libido is throwing me off, because the other symptoms are not tolerable anymore. Also nervous about jacking up my estrogen levels too high.

Would really appreciate any input or thoughts into this protocol. Thanks in advance!

Can you expand on this a little more?

Exercising too much can cause you to feel worn down all the time.
I train jiu jitsu 6am mon-thurs. We drill for 30 minutes and spar for 30 minutes. Nothing too crazy. I talked to the other guys and most do not feel blown out after training.

On a good week I’ll also lift weights 2-3x and maybe get a run in or hit the assault bike.

I rarely do two workouts in a day.
