Thinking of adding daily low dose Cialis to my protocol

So I have a buddy who is a gym rat and has been on “cycles” and TRT for years. He is in his early 50’s but looks like he is 30.

Anyways, was talking to him about my workouts and TRT, etc.

He recommended that I should add daily, low dose Cialis to my protocol. He claims it helps with blood flow to the muscles, better pumps, helps with recovery, etc.

Also, I have mild, elevated BP from time to time and read it can lower BP.

Any thoughts or input?

I should note I have no ED issues, so not sure how it will effect things in that area.

Thanks

If you have no ED issues, I wouldn't use it. You must have good nitric oxide levels if you wake up with morning wood. You would only be wasting your money if you took Cialis.

I love the effects of low dose cialis and I don't have ed. I have borderline high blood pressure and the cialis really lowers my numbers. It definitely helps with pump in the gym and most certainly improves erection quality.

I buy my 20mg pills from India cut them into quarters and take them for my blood pressure. I don't need it for the Ed but I do like the way the vascularity shows. 90 bucks covers a year.

Many guys who do low dose will have pretty bad lower back pain for a few days or couple weeks after starting. I had it for about a week. I am off now as it created a bit of gastroc acid issues for me. If i start again i will go low dose 3x a week for a week then every other day and then daily to see if that helps with back pain
I did notice a better pump in the gym.
Certainly could help with your bph

Lots of good input...thank you.

Moose...I have slightly elevated blood pressure from time to time. Not BPH.

Good info on starting slow and working up.

Think I might give it a try and see how it goes.

I do this and it is great for vascularity. I have ED and it takes care of that as well. If you do, start low and build up. Check BP regularly and monitor. Unless your doctor is really up to date on this stuff, he’s going to say don’t do it. Cialis is prescribed for BP under another name, same stuff. And, Indian pharmacies are great for good, low cost cialis.

I am with Defy, so I doubt they will say no.

I am on board with the start low and slow. Wish I would have started TRT that way.
I had silent migraines from low dose cialis so I quit taking it for a couple months. Then I started taking it again slowly. I took 2.5mg EOD for a month. Then 2.5mg daily for a month. Now I'm going to increase the dose to 3.5mg for a month before trying 5mg. So far so good.

Good info Nash. I was directed to a pharmacy in India from another member, and they are 20mg tabs.
Going to split them up for multi dose.

I have only had headaches maybe 4-5 times in my life, so I am worried about that as it seems it is a common side effect.

Will follow up with thoughts and results.

I take 5 mgs of cialis every other day. I have mild bph and it helps. Also helps with morning erections. As you get older, regardless of T, blood flow can be hindered and your body needs blood flow for nutrients, especially your penis.
So for me, what does low dose cialis do ???
1)Keeps my blood pressure in a great range.
2) helps with bph
3) helps with erections
4) increases blood flow bringing nutrients to the cells
5) gives me a fuller feeling/ look as well as a better pump.
6) this is not 100%, but i suspect it also increases T levels. How much, i dont know but i have read it does. My libido is also elevated from cialis.

Side effects??? I cant think of any.

I also never have headaches so silent migraines sucked. But so far I haven't had any since introducing cialis slowly.

It increases testosterone by lowering estrogen.

I have been very fortunate in that I never experienced any side effects from my low dose Cialis wannabe (Ceebis). Erection quality though is not superb, even taking 20mg. The most I get is a flush in my face when I go to 20mg.

I think low dose cialis will be found to give many health benefits not yet studied. I think it can also be used as an adjunctive therapy for blood pressure for those that may be borderline high.

I'm actually amazed how much lower my blood pressure is with 5mg of cialis. I'm normally 125/80. With cialis I'm 115/65.

Im having a bout of the lower back pain right now, took 10mg on Sun and then Mon if I remember right, been stiff and sore, more than my little bit of normal I cope with. I had at one time using 5mg 2x per day that seemed acceptable. I've kind of tried it all with Cialis and while it works I think that sexually I have a better experience with Viagra. I don't have BPH or any other reason to use it besides ED issues.
