Test No Ester

I’m curious if using this maybe once or twice a week for a libido boost will shut down natural production?

Esterless oil based T peak would be short-lived and dosing once let alone twice-weekly would not result in shutting down the hpta!

Natesto nasal T gel is the only formulation that will cause the least suppression of the hpta due to the PK/dosing protocol.

Natesto is meant to/needs to be applied intranasally in order to reap the benefits of the PK.

In and out of your system quickly due to the half-life of unesterified T.

Dosed 2-3 times daily which results in a short-lived peak with long trough times between doses.

*The key point here being short-lived peak with long trough times between doses.

If you're after a libido boost from TNE, how long before its desired effects should it be administered, for both the intranasal and injectable forms?

Half-life of unesterified T (10-100 min).

As I stated in an older thread regarding unesterified solvent/oil-based T highly doubtful the carrier oil would prolong the absorption rate to any significant degree.

Your T levels will spike fairly quickly and fall off fast.

Even then you would need to play around with your dose/timing to see when you feel the bump!

When it comes to nasal T gel Natesto Tmax (∼40 min).

*Nasal administration of T (4.5% testosterone nasal gel, Natesto) allows for rapid absorption through the nasal mucosa such that serum T levels reach a peak concentration in ∼40 min.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
