test 720, what now?

I was in pretty much the exact same position 12 months ago - fat, couldn't lose weight, fatigue, low libido, brain fog, no motivation, anxiety, joint pains - the whole shebang.

the difference is that I actually had T of around 300. HOWEVER, even when I started TRT - that didn't 'magically' fix everything. It took a LONG TIME to feel better. I still wouldn't even say that I feel completely optimized, as it's like a balancing act.

What I suggest, is looking at the other hormones like DHEA, Prolactin, Progesterone, and things like Vitamin D, adrenal function. Just those I mentioned 'can' wreak havoc on your system if they're out of whack. One by one, I've been trying to get all of those levels in the optimal range, and it's working - just takes time.

I wish you all the best, as I truly TRULY know how terrible it feels. But just know that we're built to last and withstand, keep the faith - you'll surely find the solution/s. Best of luck

Since the labs show "normal" T levels I would look elsewhere. Depression also mimics low T symptoms. Stress and high cortisol could hurt body comp.
Body comp is also limited by genetics. There are plenty of guys I know that eat lean, train hard and still look meh, even when using PED's

Definitely agree on this!

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
