T Levels and high Estradiol

TT at 500 wouldn't be considered low?

I am going to reduce my test cyp weekly shot to .65cc (200mg/cc) and see how I do. My doc just does TT so next time I will do a more comprehensive panel to include free T.
Also I am considering Arimidex to help lower estradiol.

OK. Any other suggestions to reduce estradiol? Thanks.
If we knew where your FT sits, I could make better recommendations. Not everyone needs FT at the top end.

The problem may be the once weekly injections creates large fluctuations in hormone values. The first half of the week your hormones are higher compared to the latter half of the week, which would put your estrogen even higher in the first half of the week.

If you injected more frequently, say twice weekly, you could maintain a high trough level throughout the week while also lowering your peak levels (reducing your dosage) and this may bring down your estrogen.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
