I have lowered my estrogen to 19 coming from 49 in a 2 months period, I started as the doctor suggested 2 aremidex per week for 2 weeks and after I have been taking half aremidex a week during Testosterone Cypionate cycle , also I am taking Myomin 3 capsules a day and zinc. Does anyone know how long can I go without stopping aremidex or just using logic do it as long as I do testosterone ( cypionate ) which is in 3 months cycles?
Aremidex makes me slightly shaky therefore I do not want to overdo something that is already giving me unpleasant, although very mild, side effects.

Why are you cycling testosterone? Was your estradiol measured via the sensitive ((LC, MS/MS) lab test?

No disrespect but do understand this is trt/mens health forum not a steroid forum and men on trt do not cycle testosterone!

I did TRT using testosterone enanthate two years ago, one time at the clinic the nurse by mistake gave me 10 times the dose, instead of 0.5 she gave me 5 Ml, after that, I started having irregular heartbeats, I still have it around 3700 per day. I stopped TRT for almost one year.

I am 53 I do testosterone to feel better, I restarted TRT using the cream one year ago and after recording with a Holter machine while on testosterone, my irregular heartbeats did not increase, so 4 weeks ago asked my doctor to restart injections since the cream is very weak, I do not want to push my luck so I believe that cycles will be good, I can give my body a break from time to time. I am also doing .25 ml of HCG every 3 days while on Test-Cypionate.

I also wonder why you are cycling testosterone?

I'm 45 and I have no plans to stop. I know how bad I felt before and there is no way I am going to willingly go back to feeling that way!

You shouldn't cycle TRT, it's better to find a good TRT protocol and get dialed in. It's also better to self-inject, so you can inject every 3 1/2 days and have nice steady levels of T. Most use Easy Touch syringes, for almost painless injections.
