Subcutaneous Injection Protocol

I’ve started injecting test c subcutaneously in the belly region on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. I am doing 20mg per injection, may push it to 25mg depending how I feel down the road.

I usually pinch the belly fat and inject on a 45 degree angle. I’m using 29G 1/2” insulin syringes.

I want to start including my love handles in my injection sites. Can anyone provide some clarity on the best spot to do so?

I’ve also heard some people recommend not pinching the skin at all, as it may cause medicine to shoot out. Others suggest pinching the skin and letting go after 5 seconds. I usually pinch the skin throughout the injection process and a bit spills but nothing major. I haven’t experienced any lumps as I massage the site after I inject.

What do you think works best? Do you pinch the skin?

I prefer 27g or 28g so it’s easier to push it out. Love handles are tricky- I had bled a but when trying them… it’s hard to find a less vascular spit at least for me. There’s an outer upper buttocks spot that also works well.

I do pinch the skin but then let go slowly as I push the liquid out.

Make sure you are rotating injection sites too so you don’t damage the fat tissue with repeated injections at the same site.

I do daily injections 16 mg of testosterone daily and every third day 500 IU of HCG. I inject in six locations, shoulders, love handles and VG. When I inject in the love handles, I just pinched and inject straight in. Never have any issues.

When I say six locations I'm counting right and left side.
