Hey Vince, please help me find this area. My abdomen/ move handles are taming a beating!

Here is a video show exactly how to do it. You will have to experiment around with area and depth/angle of needle that is best for you, but hard to screw it up since there are no nerves or major blood vessels to hit.

I use 29 gauge 1/2" needles - they take about a minute to draw (slowly), but cause no noticeable tissue damage after years of use:
