Sub Q test injection created painful lump - how to alleviate?

I've watched that video. I thought he said he likes of SubQ injections, for daily injections? That they gave nice steady levels. I guess I'll have to watch it again.

He did. He also said sometimes it can cause an issue. I don’t advocate one way or another. I’m an IM guy but I may be in the a small group. Don’t know. I also don’t want to poke myself more than I have to.

I'm like you. Though I do shallow IM injections. I use 29 g 1/2" Easy Touch syringes.

I switched to grape seed oil and that helped. Also, Dr. Saya told me to press hard on the injection spot with your thumb for one minute after injecting. Sometimes, I still get them but nowhere close to the large, painful, itchy bumps I got when I first started TRT.
any more issues with lumps? I'm getting them with subq so wondering what works best
