Still trying to figure this out - 120mg to 100mg to now 80mg - what a rough week

That's calculated vs what they display, ya?
Yes, you want to ignore the free T levels you are seeing on the labwork and calculate it yourself using your total T, SHBG, and optionally albumin if you have it: Free & Bioavailable Testosterone calculator

182 is high? Iron 104 too? Ill recheck again once I recalibrate if I do the below. Would Iron/TBIC cover, or do I need to look at transferrin saturation?
No, the iron at 104 is not high, its the ferritin that's high. TSAT is calculated from serum iron and TIBC so it shouldn't be a issue.

Would be awesome to get a little more estrogenic benefit, less sides, hopefully maintain or lower E and SHBG if possible, and smoother ups/downs. Was thinking m/w/f to make it easy. Does leave a little extra time for a trough Sunday but I cant imagine that would be significant.
I always preferred EOD because I am anal about stability but MWF is very popular and works well for tons of guys.

You're truly a savior, the info I'm learning is incredible! Now get shed some BF should I start a metformin protocol or what :). Thanks for all your advice!

Forgot to mention too. I started a different bergamot, my total cholesterol is improving (also did lower trt so but still excited)
total - 184 from 210
LDL - 124 from 142
Trigly - 111 from 142
HDL still low - 40 from 42, ill eat more eggs :)

No problem. I forgot to comment on the hbA1c and insulin which were actually pretty good. I would not be thinking about metformin with those numbers. Getting leaner is probably all you need to worry about right now.
