Started hcg after 3 years of 200 mg of cyp weekly

Doctor has me on 2000ius twice a week to jump start sperm production. Wondering thoughts on this as its been about 6 weeks now and my testicles aren't to much bigger than when i was on trt. Also tired as hell almost like a dead person most of the time.

I might speculate that after three years the organ failure might be irreversible. Others are more knowlegable on that than I am but 2000ius a week for 6 weeks you're seeing no change...

Did you obtain a sperm study prior to the HCG? Is one scheduled?

Have you done blood work now that you have been on the 2000IUs twice weekly for 6 weeks? The numbers will tell the tale and/or confirm your suspicions.
