Sporadic bouts of good libido/sensitivity on TRT, now just flatlined.

Gotta be ai dosing. I've adopted the approach of not dosing an ai until I absolutely am positive I'm not feeling well due to high e2. It's rare. I barely need any ai. Not even every week. Labs confirm.

You can't approach it the way you are. If e2 was 48 trough, and you had been taking 1mg/week ai for 6 weeks you are close to what you need. If you weren't consistent who knows. Guess at a dose and spread it across the week as much as possible and see how you feel. Then get a blood test. Change and repeat.

As frustrating as it might be for you, you have got to eliminate the starting and stopping of anastrozole based on anything other than how you feel or what you weigh. Choose a course of action and play it out for at least our weeks. Then test. A picture will emerge as to what is going on.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)
