Clomid increases LH and gets the HPTA stimulated, then you can stop after a month and drop down to baseline without crashing your hormones.
I have this

should I be taking this right now and how many pills since i took the HCG yesterday

Clomid is used for steroid users who come off cycles, to restart their HPTA.

The side effects can be very unpleasant.
Ive taken this about 10 years ago...it didnt seem to help with erections from what i can remember

I wouldn’t take the stuff. A lot of these supplements are scams, preying on the desperate.

They are also unregulated, you don’t know what’s in it.

More than likely, it has aromatase inhibiting compounds in it, minor affect at blocking estrogen, but doesn’t increase Free T.

Ravenous, I suggest you get blood work done to help figure out what to possibly do. You seem all over the place. I assume you haven't had labs since you didn't respond when I asked earlier. If you're hormones are all out of whack, you're going to have issues. Have you been on any doctor monitored TRT?

The doctors usually all tell me my hormome levels and T levels look fine...they are in the 300 range...he sent me to a neurologist, they did a brain scan and he said i see nothing that has to do with your impotence...now they are going to do the UV tracking blood flow through the brain test.

300s is not "good". What about estrogen? You should call Defy Medical to get information from them and get your hormones regulated and under control.

Before lab testing was even a thing, symptoms was enough to initiate a trial of therapy to see if symptoms improve.

Now it’s all about the numbers, one number for everyone with no thought to differences in DNA sensitivity to hormones and steroid metabolism.

TRT is a new field of medicine, so don’t expect doctors to know what they are talking about nor do they get it right all the time.

For the vast majority of doctors, in range is normal and that’s the end of it, which makes up the bulk of their knowledge.

Buongiorno,
I am on trt and I do have morning erections but I haven't been able to get the erection I wanted . I tried every kind of pill and the results were not very good .
I pressured my doctor to give me a prescription for Trimix and that works perfectly.

I cannot achieve/maintain an erection in anyway shape or form. im 36 healthy. Went to 7 different doctors and they sent me to a neurologist who did a brain scan and did not find anything other than 1 small clot. He said this is normal and not related to your impotence.

What stack do I need to take to restore my circadian cycle? I have zero morning wood. I messed up my circadian cycle and my hpa axis. Viagra and sex drugs do not work.

I took more testosterone to see if it would help, it has no effect. SOS.
Perhaps you need a sex therapist, instead of a new "stack". If virtually nothing you have tried works, and you are neurologically ok, then it's about all that's left. good luck.

That's why it is so important to be proactive and accept responsibility for your own health and well being.

Nobody has a more vested interest in your health and well being than you do.

Everybody is responsible for finding a way to accomplish what is best for themselves.

If your doctor isn't getting the job done for you then fire them and find somebody else.

im kind of thinking im just going to have to do random experiments with peptides on myself...ive been reading about the process of an erection and i can see it takes about 100 different separate chemical things to happen to achieve an erection. I have never felt so fukt before. out of the 8 doctors ive seen they have not mentioned 1 thing that comes close to the complexities i have been reading about of the process of an erection on the online scientific journal result pages... its a very complex process that involves so many different messenger cells and neurons that i do not think it will ever be solved. Hypothalemus, thyroid, it can be anything. Im ordering peptides online and going to do random small dosing to see if it has any effect, crossing my fingers that things dont go south and i end up destroying myself further.

it's good to be proactive but you would be well advised to only change one thing at a time so that you don't end up chasing your tail.

And, I would suggest that you keep a daily log so you can reflect back on what you have changed and how you are feeling.

Here is my bloodwork.
One lab caught my attention, the estrogen <15 is the smoking gun. This is why you couldn't get an erection.

If you overshoot and get estrogen too high, erections may prove difficult if not impossible. If this is the case, injecting hCG 4000 IU was the wrong move!

There are some supplements that have estrogen inhibiting effects and can decrease estrogen. Some men have an aromatase deficiency, therefore you can have little or no estrogen.

I have high bilirubin on TRT, which lead to a Gilbert’s syndrome diagnosis. It’s a gene defect that affects the liver and usually has no symptoms.

Thats bizarre, thats the first time ive ever heard this take, how come my doctor prescribed me testosterone then..was that the wrong move also? He mentioned nothing to me about estrogen in the meeting by the way..

So hCG decreases estrogen? what do you reccomend I take...do you think I have aromatase deficiency? Is that a lifelong debilitation?
