Hello conrades, are someone here having anxiety or any other psychologic symptom of angryness or depression on trt? My anxiety spikes right before I inject (100mg per week/2x split) and lay down as days (half life obvious) pass by. I ger anxyous, agressive and have some insonia. Are anyone suffering of this too?

I was searching and found that it can be the spikes in hormones, shbg/e2 and aperantly men are doing microdoses of testosterone to avoid this spike. Will it help?

It sounds like your levels are dropping too low at trough, either increase the dosage or inject more often.

It might not be levels low at trough, but could be the big swings in hormones.

@Systemlord you think my dosage is low? I thoug that too. I always see men using way more than this and feeling good. But if I increase there's not a chance of me suffering even more? By the logic.

There's no logic to making changes to a protocol without labs verifying your actual levels. If your levels aren't low, then this would mean you need to inject more often, if levels are low, then you need a dosage increase.

Do anything else and it will be a shot in the dark.

200mg/week sit at highs 1000'.

The most high I use the worst I feel.

I'm trying to solve my symptoms, not my numbers. Understand?

The numbers are helpful to determine if our symptoms are linked to our levels, it's how low-T is typically diagnosed.

Imagine trying to diagnose low-T without lab testing.

While on TRT over time began to notice symptoms below a certain point or if the difference between peak and trough are significant.

I found that injecting more often kept the difference between peak and trough minimal improving the way I feel even though my levels had not changed much.

Also my mileage on TRT changed dramatically after the first year, I needed to increase the dosage substantially to reach 500 ng/dL range where almost half used to get me well above these levels.

So lab testing will always be an important part in managing your TRT.

My guess is that it could be related to estrogen. If you aromatize, the more testosterone you inject, the higher your estrogen will be. Very possible that your mood swings are related to that. I would get a high-quality E2 test to see where you stand. One of the ways to deal with this is to actually lower the dose, but inject more frequently.

Was thinking something similar as far as solution(lower the dose and increase injection frequency), but I think it could be due to test getting too high after injection. If it gets better farther away from injection then it’s when more of the test has been converted. If it’s worst right before an injection though that may imply there is also a psychological aspect to it. He also said when he uses more it makes him feel worse, so that adds to the “next step is lower the dose” approach.
 
I don't have anxiety on TRT, but I do have anxiety before important events in my life. I can't handle it without sedatives.
