The case study described in the link below suggests that hcg levels that closer mimic the body's self lh levels are generated and sustained over time with higher dosages {500iu} injected 2-3 times a week. According to this study daily hcg low dose of 150iu are not optimal.

I strongly disagree with Dr Crisler on low dose daily HCG. It has no effect on intratesticular testosterone.

Doses of HCG of under 250 IU every three weeks along with TRT have been shown not to be enough to increase intratesticular testosterone and improve sperm count.

For those who don't wish to spend all that time fiddling around with their TRT each week, 500iu twice per week is nice.

If they are on a test cyp split, I have them do it the day before their test shot each time.
