Should I round up or down for injections?

I was prescribed 200mg/ml test cypionate twice a week injections at 0.35 ml. My syringes 3ccs, do not have .05 increments on them.

I do my best to eyeball it between .3 and .4 but I am human and know I won't hit .35 perfectly. I assume more testosterone the better but know too much is a bad thing. Is it safe to be closer to .4?

Definitely do not have the mindset that more testosterone is better. At .35ml you are injecting 70mg test every 3.5 days (140mg/week). You are better off buying U-100 insulin syringes anywhere from 27-29 gauge and some even use 30-31 gauge and needle length will depend on whether you are injecting IM or sub-q and how much body fat you have around injection site you are using 5/16 or 1/2 inch is common for sub-q and many use 5/8 or 1/2 inch for shallow IM. Insulin syringes are easier to measure for accuracy and there is also less waste of the testosterone due to being a low dead space syringe.

If you are going to use the 3cc (3ml) just eyeball the best you can between .3-.4 ml as topping up to .4ml would be 80mg and if you are injecting every 3.5 days that 160mg/week is a big jump from 140mg/week.

I just realised after reading a post on this forum that my syringe are not only wasting product but also they might be needlessly harpooning myself with 21 gauge 1" inch syringes. I inject 50mg twice weekly, where might I buy some without a prescription?

I really need them in ml measurements to avoid confusion and 1" inch length and I don't see them in the ml and 1" inch needles. I'm injecting into my quads.

Please quit injecting with 21 gauge pins. That is completely unnecessary and is an ancient protocol if it was ever necessary to begin with. Go to Walgreens and get a box of the 50ml 29guage 1/2 inch insulin syringes. A box of 100 is 19.50 or so. Same with Walmart, CVS, etc. Take a vial of your prescribed testosterone if you think they might give you an issue.

21 gauge - cranky
I use 25 G 1" 3cc. IM no pain, but volume does not help you.
How long does it take to inject in the muscle with a 29. Takes me about 10 second to push in .70 ml.

allegromedical.com has great deals on 100 qty boxes of insulin type syringes in all sizes. Got my last order for about $14 shipped including a box of alcohol wipes.

BTW to the OP, my HCG dose is the same volume, 0.35ml or 35 units. eyeballing with a 1cc insulin syringe is easy peasy.
