S-Estradiol-17beta

Hi.

My first follow up test while on TRT is around the corner.. In my country we do not have the "sensitive" test for estrogen in men. Does anyone know if S-estradiol-17beta gives me a ok standpoint in what to do next? Or should I seek help in other countries (may be difficult).

I need the values in order to either lower my testosterone or starting using Anastrozole. Before starting treatment using Neibido my values have ranged from 0.7-0.12 nmol/l.

Thanks. Have a great day.

I think it's OEstradiol that we see used most for those not in the US

Yes, that is the same test as I get everytime. Called the labs today and they say the extra sensitive test is not something they do here.. Afraid of not having the correct data in order to state that I might need an AI or not.

I havent heard of this 17 beta test maybe others will chime in. Best I could advise is to just use the same test each time, whichever one your choose.
