Red Cross won't take blood if you get hemoglobin above 20. but there are other who will
Vitalant doesn't care, I talked to the tech, he said he saw people with 24.
I never had issue donating or blood flow at 19.3 which is how mine will get.
Vitalant won't do double red above 18.5
you could do a 'triple donation', go to red cross for a regular one and then to some other provider for a double red.
I sort of gave up on trying to get it down. it goes back up very fast, whats the point of frequent donations then? other then to depress ferritin
