Protocol
Testosterone 200mg/ml CREAM - apply 2 clicks directly to scrotum every AM + 1 click directly to scrotum every night
NO HCG
Anastrozole 0.125mg by mouth 3 times weekly to be taken ONLY if experiencing high E symptoms
Metformin 500mg ER tab by mouth twice daily
Tadalafil 25mg ODT - take 1/4 ODT sublingual daily for

Once I saw the results, I went to one click in the AM and 1 in PM . Also have taken the AI this week after the Estradiol results that just came in but was not prior to test. Feeling good, some swelling in feet, maybe some moodiness. Scheduling Pituitary MRI at the recommendation of Dr. Saya and Endocrinologist. Still waiting for DHT results and will schedule first follow with Dr. Saya.

Looking for feedback. Still trying to dial in cream protocol. Switched from Urologist to Defy in Feb and switched to cream.

Not sure what you mean when you say dialing in. It sounds like you were fairly happy with the way you felt. With your high t and free t your estradiol numbers are okay, a little high. More importantly if you feel good with that protocol. Did you feel better after taking the AI?

My shbg is similar to yours and I would have serious e symptoms with free t that high.

So just the water retention and moodiness. But feet are pretty swollen. No nipple issues or anything. Not yet with the AI but its only been two doses.

What other e symptoms would I be looking for?

I think you made a good call to reduce the dosing to 1 and 1, >1500 isn't a sustainable level. I wouldn't use the AI, yet, and isolate your change to just the one thing, the dose reduction.
