Received my Turkish 150iu Merinol ampules. Excited to start

Im 37. Was shut down for along time.
Need a baby.
Doc prescribed 75iu fsh and 75 iu lh 3 x per week plus 1000 ui HCG 3x per week.
Count was 0
Now is >or = 6 mil/ml (my phone app YO let's me see videos of them actually moving !)
Test is only 150 ng/dl. I think I need to add some .5 to .75 cc of cypionate just to get the sperm out. Any comments. Hcg alone hasn't gotten. My drive or levels very far at all.
On this new protocol for 3mo to start then go from there.
Goal is to do DIY IUI at home and get wife pregnant.
I'll try to keep some numbers for people about the HMG /Merional

HMG (Your Merional) is dosed daily at 35 IU twice daily, so it will be expensive.

75 IU Menotrophin BP (Human menopausal gonadotrophin, HMG) providing 75 IU
follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and 75 IU luteinizing hormone (LH) activity*.
Menotrophin is purified from human urine.
*The LH activity may be augmented by the addition of Human chorionic
gonadotrophin (hCG) to provide a 1:1 ratio of FSH to LH activities. "

You can try 150 mg testosterone/week plus 500 IU every other day of HCG since this may work.

There are no studies using testosterone + FSH + HCG (or HMG)
