Thanks Nashtide. 150/wk got me to 1175/35 in 8 wks so I don't think I need to go any higher. I was taking .25 M/W/F and I think I'll try .20 and do TT FT E2 HCT in 6-8 weeks.
Do not work yourself up too much over this.
Lower your dosage slightly 140 mg/week (70mg every 3.5 days) and give it 6-8 weeks and gauge how you feel during this time than get blood work done and see where
your total t/free t/estradiol (sensitive assay) and of course hematocrit/hemoglobin and decide from there on your next move.
Mind you do understand that even though your new levels will stabilize in 6-8 weeks it can take a few months at new dose to truly gauge how it effects you physically/mentally overall as not everything is so quick to change.
Sure certain blood markers will change fairly quickly whether one increases/lowers dose but as far as low t symptoms some take time to pan out.
Libido is very tricky as you know many things other than testosterone can effect ones libido (positively/negatively).
You may very well be one whom ends up feeling better with testosterone levels in the 600-800 ng/dl range with free t in a healthy range as oppose to high and of course along with having your estradiol in a healthy range along with other blood markers.
So many individuals in the trt game whether lowering or increasing dose when switching protocols expect that after 6-8 weeks that things should be fixed and thats how one feels at that specific dose and testosterone levels.
When in reality your body is in flux during the time leading up to the 6 week mark and sure they may notice positive or negative effects regarding their low t symptoms during the 6 -8 weeks but once testosterone levels are stabilized the body still needs time at those new testosterone levels to truly gauge how one feels physically/mentally.
Too many people switch protocols every 6 weeks and wonder why they are always chasing their tales.
I would say lower your dose slightly and go from there.
You could very well end up on 60 mg every 3.5 days or possibly even 50 mg every 3.5 days, only time will tell.
