Question About Using Arimidex/ Anastrozole With TRT...

Hi,

Quick question about using Arimidex/ Anastrozole...

Im wondering about dosing..

If im doing Nelson Vergel's method of 50 mg Test Cyp, 500mg of HCG 2x / wk , and I take anastrazole at the same time, what is the dose that is needed to keep E2 in good range? I know its pretty strong stuff..

Also, if im just starting with 50 mg Test Cyp only 2x/ week.. and i dont have HCG avaliable yet.. so total 100mg/wk test cyp only.. how much anastrozole would i need in that case before starting the HCG?

Don't assume that you need an AI. Go 4-5 weeks without and only add it if you have overt E2 symptoms or blood work that shows you to be at a high level. (Using the sensitive E2 test)

I agree with ERO, you want to avoid an AI if you can. It can cause so many bad issues.

never start an ai because you heard some people include it in protocol. you body isnt gonna necessarily raise estradiol to super high levels for your body, crashed e2 feels much worse then high e2 imho.

An AI is never indicated unless your estradiol - on the sensitive test is out of range, and you are dealing with symptoms related to it.
