When to take Anastrozole

Hey Guys

I have had high E2 through my TRT duration (5 years) and have had difficulty managing. I also have high SHBG. Latest BT =
Estradiol- 59
SHBG - 127
T -1200-1500

I went off anastrozole for 6 months but starting back. My typical protocol is :
55 mg test cyp 2x/week
HCG 2x/week
I have script for Anastrozole .125 3x/week

my question is when is optimal day/time to take AI if my inject days are Wed a.m. and Saturday p.m. ?

Don't take IA's, adjust your Testosterone.

I believe it's 24 hours after injection but any time during the week should work. Why are you considering using an AI?

Well my free T was not in the range desired. So increased testosterone to raise the free, which in turn results in high E2. Very noticeable effects of high E2 on libido and erectile function.

Let us know how adding in low dose AI works for you. I hope you get good results.
