Question about testosterone level and constant tiredness

All - Please try to not be so quick to suspect. Lets analyze the information and see what is going on. He maybe a hyper-excreter of Test and doesn't get the same benefits out of the same dose, or he may have an SHBG or albulmin issue, so there are lots of answers, least of which is its bad Test.

black market Test, numbers that don't and won't add up, wonky tests, you as a moderator probably need to step in, in the other direction, and shut it down.

But what do I know.

I am a hyper-excreter of all meds.....I have low SHBG I take half of what he is taking weekly and have better numbers.

I believe he is honestly taking it and genuinely looking for good results.

Im guessing that the T-Cyp he is buying is tainted, corrupted etc.

The reality here is that self medicating thru questionable sources without competent medical help. This is a recipe for problems

My advice is seek out a good doc and start fresh....step one should always be trying to determine a reason for why your T is low and why you have symptoms hopefully fixing it so you don't need TRT.
Failing a fix for your symptoms Then then going on TRT with proper medical help

good luck

I agree that OP is being forthright with us, I don't think there's any BS going on, just my opinion. However, I do agree also that this is "black market" medication, so I don't think you can rely on that for any true accuracy for your HRT protocol. Get some Watson, or even a reliable compound pharmacy's 200mg/ml medication, and I would be the serum results will be a different story.
