How long have you been on a 500mg per week protocol? Is that really what you are doing? What other blood work is being done to monitor?

Upper range?? I'm sure. That is more than twice the max dosage any legit doc would do. Are you self treating? Self lab ? Not trying to be a douche but that is a huge dosage I would be very concerned about hurting yourself with that a mount of T. If in fact a doc is prescribing that I would be looking for other opinions etc.

Being you have low SHBG, I'd really like to see your free testosterone with other labs. I dunno, 500mg/wk is way out there, regardless of any metabolism rate. Just saying ...

I learned from the doctor that it's impossible to properly investigate free test. It can only be calculated on the basis of total testoserone and shbg. Is the appropriate model. Now im trying 250mg/week and fequent injections. After 2 weeks i will make labs.

My labs after 3 weeks on 70mg test eod + 250iu hcg eod + exemestane 25mg/week :

Testosterone 761 ng/dl norm 249-836

Estradiol 12 pg/ml norm 8-42

SHBG 19,15 norm 18,30 - 54,10


And u see now that 250mg/week and rare injections is only good way for me. Estradiol is too low so i need to reduce exemestane to 12,5mg/week.

I have low SHBG and need more test than avg and more frequently. I inject EOD also via sub-q

The amount of your dose is nearly twice what I do and according to my doc.....I take a fairly high dose.


I therefore have concerns about how much you are taking and going way too high over range and lots of it converting to estradiol

Vettester Chris, I know this isn't my thread and Mateuszek1234 I'm sorry for butting in but I need to know something please. My TSH range is 0.450-4.500 ulu/ml mine is 25.200 and no FT3 or FT4 results on my chart. Diagnosed with Graves disease at 25 after being paralyzed from neck down and ending up in the heart center. I took the radioactive iodine to kill it but it didn't now I'm on a coaster ride with it, I also am Bipolar depressive can this be the cause and if so what can I do about it? I've been on TRT for over a year but that's different story lol can't figure it out either.

How are you taking 500mg of test a week, and only have 28.69 free T, you should have levels in the 3000s and probably 200 free T lol

Attach a picture, of the bottle, and syringe of 250mg loaded... you are taking more than anyone on this forum, and have less total T than probably half the guys.... you are doing something wrong.

500mg a week is probably what pro bodybuilders take.

What does it say on your bottle, where did you get your T... our point is 250mg a week would put you WAY above the normal range... you are not that different.

you're shit is fake. if it was 250mg of real test your levels would be probably 1500 at least... maybe higher.

At the start of therapy i had testoserone prolongatum from pharmacy , i've done shot's 100mg once a week and after 2 weeks my testoserone level rose from 180pg/ml to 350 ( norm was 207-840)
