Total testosterone down very slightly from last test, SHBG is up a fair bit, from 21.6. Feel great.

Looking good Coasty! It seems that the daily injection protocol is working great for you. If you're feeling great, then it looks like you're pretty much dialed in. Congrats!

Very shallow IM or subQ depending on my mood that morning. Very little body fat, and I move it about.

This is the first time, in the years I have been monitoring it, that my SHBG has ever climbed above 21.6. I clocked in at 14-17 prior to TRT, and I am convinced it was working against me when I was injecting every 3.5 days. With my estradiol rising, my doctor asked me how radical I wanted to be. I was willing to try just about anything to avoid an AI and I went to this protocol last July. E2 slid into place and the other numbers began to balance in about eight weeks. Dr. Saya has posted here that every-other-day injections produce results that are close to steady-state, daily injections are (for our purposes) steady-state. The entire process takes about 25 minutes of my weekend to preload my needles. Almost nothing in terms of time every morning.

My doctor has asked me about increasing my HCG dose, but left it up to me. I am inclined to watch and wait given how good I feel and the reasonable lab values.

That would be the prudent course of action. Feeling great counts for a lot.

Backfilling the pathways, and normal testicle size are the main reasons we're taking HCG anyways, right? Unless your testes have experienced some atrophy, or don't feel "full," I would leave well enough alone. I'm assuming of course, that wanting future kids isn't in the picture.

I'm one who has never "felt" anything from HCG, but continue taking it for all the prudent reasons you mention. A change in my protocol just isn't indicated at this point. My doctor agreed, as she's a "treat the patient, not a number" physician.
